  Fantastic new facility with the latest medical equipment. Heated floor in the recovery room to keep your pet cosy after anaesthetic. Great staff.

  Dr Rob Hill was very patient and calm with my dog during our consultation. Dr Hill didnt invade my dogs personal space, he let him take his own time to approach, didn't overexcite him or make him feel anxious/overwhelmed.

  Fantastic! I have spent a lot of time, effort and money on training and behaviour modification for my dog as he becomes anxious and fearfull during vet examinations. While he has made great improvments, he still isn't where we would like him to be. It was great to know he did not take any steps backwards in his training during his visit to Treendale Pet Medical.

  Beautiful facilities, incredible staff. This place is a hidden gem for pet health and I can't wait to tell all my friends about it. Everyone I know with pets should come here and even if you don't have pets!! This place is so beautiful you could just relax in the waiting room. The vets here are compassionate and exceptional. So grateful for their 'Fear Free' skills and how that transfers from my pet to me.

  The nurses/receptionist were great to! They also did not invade my dogs personal space, let him approach in his own time - after resulting in a nice happy pat. They were great to talk to about dogs being anxious or fearfull at the vets, and discussed what they had to offer to make them more comfortable during their visit.
